In accordance with Article 15 of the amended law of 19 July 2004 concerning municipal planning and urban development, all interested parties are hereby informed that the Municipal Council of Kopstal, in its session of 2 April 2025, approved the

project for the complete overhaul of the general development plan (PAG) of the Commune of Kopstal.

During the display period from 9 April 2025 to 24 April 2025 inclusive, the project for the complete overhaul of the general development plan, along with the relevant documentation, will be available for public consultation at the Kopstal Town Hall (28, rue de Saeul, L-8189 Kopstal). The public may view the documents Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM and between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The documents are also available on the Commune of Kopstal’s website (www.kopstal.lu). Only the documents filed at the Town Hall are legally binding.

In accordance with Article 16 of the aforementioned law, complaints against the decision of the Municipal Council, submitted by individuals who had previously objected to the draft general development plan under Article 13 of the same law, must be addressed to the Minister of Home Affairs within fifteen days of receiving notification by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, under penalty of forfeiture.

Complaints against modifications made to the project by the Municipal Council must be addressed to the Minister of Home Affairs within fifteen days of this posting, that is, by 24 April 2025 inclusive, under penalty of forfeiture.

Eligible to submit complaints are individuals who submitted comments and objections in accordance with Article 13 of the aforementioned law, and those contesting the modifications made to the project by the Municipal Council during the vote.
