Budget Participatif

The municipal administration of Kopstal and the Communal Advisory Commission for Social Life and Well-being invite you to participate in the participatory budget!

Are you a resident of the municipality of Kopstal, a group or a local association, and are you over 16 years old?

Then submit your project by 31 December 2026 at the latest, either via the online form or using the downloadable paper form, which should be returned to the Secretariat Department. Please read the municipal regulations concerning the modalities of the participatory budget carefully.

The steps:

1. Complete the form and submit your project.
2. The municipality assesses its eligibility and feasibility.
3. The College of the Mayor and Aldermen validates the selected projects.
4. If the projects exceed the available budget of €50,000, the projects concerned will be put to a public vote.
5. The municipality will support and accompany the project through to its implementation.
