Night Rider

The Night Rider is a means of transport that runs throughout the Grand Duchy and has no fixed route. It picks you up at your home or at any other location subject to reservation.

The Night Rider runs on Fridays and Saturdays between 5.30 pm and 5 am as well as during certain events (concerts, festivals, etc.) in the Grand Duchy.

Where can I order a Night Card?

The Population Office will issue you with a temporary Night Rider card on the spot. Once you have paid the invoice that you will receive from the municipal treasury, a definitive card will be sent to your home address by the Sales-Lentz transport company.

Who can buy a Night Card?

Every resident of the commune of Kopstal can buy the Night Card for an annual fee of 20 € until the age of 25 and for an annual fee of 40 € from the age of 26 on.

How much does the journey with the Night Card cost?

The commune covers the cost of transport for all customers who hold a Night Card of the commune of Kopstal. The only condition is that either the departure point or the destination of the journey is in the commune of Kopstal.

Please note! Any ride ordered, not used and not cancelled in accordance with the Night Rider conditions of sale, may be re-invoiced to the customer by the commune.

How do you book a journey with your Night Card?

In order to use the Night Rider for free with your Night Card, please enter your Night Card code in the “Night Card” box of the reservation form. The amount will be automatically calculated taking into account the discount applicable with your Night Card.
