Terms and conditions
Legalisation of a signature certifies the sincerity and veracity of a signature affixed to a document or deed. Its purpose is to certify that the signature is authentic and conclusive and that it has been affixed by the person himself.
Steps to take:
- Go in person to the population office of the local authority;
- Bring a valid identity document (identity card or passport)
- Bring the relevant documents to be signed in the presence of the municipal official authorized to authenticate signatures.
Documents signed in advance will not be accepted.
