Informations
High-quality seed mixtures, composed of wild plants from our regions, are ideally suited for creating flower meadows and promoting biodiversity. For several years now, the intercommunal nature conservation syndicate SICONA and the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN) have been producing wild plant seeds in collaboration with Luxembourgish farmers and other partners.
At the new demonstration field in Kopstal, you will discover the different LUX mixtures designed for urban areas or agricultural land. We will advise you on how to use them to create your own flower meadow. In addition, we will explain the steps involved in producing seeds from wild plants and native perennials.
