• Carrying out planning and organisational decisions taken by the college of aldermen concerning sports halls and other buildings where necessary
• Monitoring the work of the suppliers responsible for maintaining the technical installations
• Keeping the safety register up to date, under the responsibility of the Safety Officer
• Contact person for users of municipal buildings
• Integral part of the technical service and may be entrusted with all work relating to the tasks of the technical service
• Internal administration mail, including postal deliveries and postings to the Reider
• Ordering drinks and snacks for the various communal buildings and managing the relevant stock
